Associate Professor Polo Moji

Polo B Moji is an Associate Professor in English Literary Studies at the University of Cape Town. As a literary scholar, her research interests range from intersectional feminisms, comparative anglophone / francophone African and Afrodiasporic literatures, as well as critical black geographies. A self-confessed bookworm, her favourite African books include Fiston Mwanza Mujila’s Tram 83 (DRC), NoViolet Bulawayo’s Glory (Zimbabwe), and Aminata Sow Fall’s L'ex-père de la nation (Senegal).
